ALEEDA BLU
ABOUT
Rewritten EP Out Now
Aleeda Blu is an American pop duo consisting of identical twin sisters Megan and Erin O'Donnell. Embracing pop tradition infused with modern-day melodies, Aleeda Blu's standout sibling vocals blend naturally in tightly woven, inseparable harmonies. Megan carries the duo adding beautiful harmonies to the melody sung by Erin. Aleeda Blu's name comes from a neat and personal place. Aleeda is the name of Megan and Erin's mother. The name Blu is for both sisters having blue eyes. From a young age the sisters grew up singing in their local church and performed in many local venues before moving from their hometown of Richmond, VA to Nashville, TN in 2021. While in Nashville, the duo crossed paths with a musician friend who would later introduce them to a mentor who would help propel their career. The duo has collaborated with countless songwriters and artists to create their new and unique sound. Within this past year the sisters have been in the recording studio working on their highly anticipated project.
Since the launch of their music career, they have performed at many iconic venues including The Listening Room Cafe in Pigeon Forge, TN and Capital One Arena in Washington DC. Their debut EP "Rewritten" will begin to reveal the next chapter in Aleeda Blu's story. Their honest songwriting and relatable stories set the tone for a new wave of upcoming releases set for Summer 2024.
